Personal Interviews
Many recruiting firms just get your resume and send it around. Before we make any referral, we meet our candidates for an “in person” interview. As such we will strive to thoroughly understand your skills, experience and past accomplishments as well as your current career objectives and parameters in order to match you to the right opportunity. Evening interview times are available for employed candidates.
Employer Interviews in our Offices
In most cases, your initial interview with your prospective new employer will be with the direct hiring manager after work hours who you meet in a private / confidential setting in our office centrally located in Downtown Cleveland. This way your search can remain confidential until the terms of your offer have been agreed upon and you are ready to give notice.

In the same manner that we meet each candidate, we also personally visit each company in order to understand the individual company’s needs, their culture, the position, their technologies and processes, to ensure that they are a match for what you are looking for.
